Dr. Tran and her team were wonderful. Firstly, my husband and I ran into some issue with another eye clinic, and very frustratingly, we came to Heights Eye Care in need of our comprehensive eye exams. Shanza (front desk) had such a welcoming and wholesome energy; she worked diligently to get us in Dr. Tran's schedule. Secondly, Dr. Tran was the most attentive, kind, and thorough specialist I have seen in a while. She genuinely cared about my eye health and progress. Even with us being last minute appointments, Dr. Tran took the time to explain our slight astigmatism, and our subsequent contact options. She took the time to give us different contact trials to match our needs. It's rare to meet a team that genuinely cares and is not there to solely sell, so I really appreciate Dr. Tran and her team! Thank you! Dom't hesitate to go see them. :) (PS price isn't bad either, reasonable for the Heights in my opinion~)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tran for years, and she and the entire team at Heights Eye Care are amazing! They genuinely care about their patients and always provide thorough, honest eye exams. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of frames. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and punctual, making every visit a great experience. I originally went in just to reorder my contact lenses, but I’m so glad I scheduled an appointment instead. They took the time to explain everything and fine-tune my prescription. I can see so much better now, and on top of that, they helped me save money on my contacts, which was an unexpected bonus. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about making sure I had the right prescription and got the best value. I highly recommend Heights Eye Care!

Always a great experience. Been coming here for years. Quality frames, contacts, and lenses. The eye exams are not rushed. The eye doctor always gets my prescription with patience and understanding especially as I want to stay here long term in the Heights Garden Oaks area. Appreciate all of y’all.
