Heintz Eye Care

We moved to the area and hadn’t found an optometrist yet but the rubber nose piece of my nephew’s glasses came off. I called and everyone was so nice. Told me to bring them in and they would see what they could do. The young lady (wish I would have gotten her name) who helped me was a gem. She replaced both rubber pieces and was absolutely one of the nicest people. I asked her how much I owed and she said, “no charge. You have a good day.” I was ready to pay whatever so this review has nothing to do with the fact there was no charge but everything to do with their sincere kindness and willingness to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Had another great experience at Len's Crafters today at Zona Rosa. Staff were friendly, competent, and prompt. After my eye exam I got immediate help with selecting a new pair of glasses with the updated prescription. Options were provided, helpful suggestions offered, and I was on to the rest of my agenda for the day.

Went to Heintz Eyecare in Zona Rosa for replacement bifocals as a new patient. I found the staff in the front to be friendly, competent, & accommodating. Dr. Heintz was warm, friendly, unhurried, easy to talk to, and went to length to explain everything. The only negative was that I thought my insurance plan covered more of the frames & lenses cost than it did, even though Lens Crafters is a so-called "Plus" provider.

Great place to visit for your eye care needs! Love Dr Brian Heintz! He is exceptional and has a great staff. Thank you Fran for taking good care of us today!
