Short wait time, excellent care. All staff are kind and courteous. Dr. McDonald addressed all my issues and explained test results. I trust his experience and expertise. I recommend Henderson Eye Center for your eye care needs.
It's great to find such a welcoming atmoshere in this clinic here in Henderson. The front office staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She was fast and thorough in helping me with the whole process, from verifying my insurance, finding the glasses that I like, making measurements, etc. I highly recommend this eye clinic.
Great place the employees are super nice. No matter what I have going on with eyes Dr. McDonald and his staff gets the job done immediately. I have the best eye doctor snd staff in the world. I love going there. Great place. Debra Childers
Dr McDonald was very good and well and his assistant. On the other hand his receptionist was very rude and very disrespectful. She looked like she didn’t want to help us at all on top of that it felt like she thought we couldn’t pay when in fact we could. I hope I’m wrong and she was not having a great day but she should not treat clients like that.
I’ve been in glasses since I was a year old, so my eye care is not something I take lightly. I have strabismus, so glasses and my eye appointments are important to me. I live in Longview and chose to drive 50 minutes for my appointment due to the excellent reviews. From start to finish, I felt heard, I felt well-taken care of, and I even had glasses picked out before I even went back for my actual exam which never happens!! I actually dread picking out frames because I have a very small bridge and petite face and past frames have never fit!! But I found a petite pair that were made for my face! The tech was knowledgeable and so helpful!! Barbara was thorough and took such good care of my during my exam! I have finally found my lifelong care team and I’m so relieved and thankful!!
