Excited to support a black business in the neighborhood. Went in to discuss with the front receptionist about scheduling an appointment. She was on the phone and told me to sign in, sure thing. Next an associate asked me if I was picking up and I said I wanted to schedule an appointment. I was brought back up to the counter. Discussed that I wanted to make an appointment in a few days while I get insurance today. I am unfamiliar with how vision insurance works, who isn’t? I even asked what insurance do they take? Again, very unfamiliar with vision insurance, I was hoping for a clear explanation from the staff, instead my questions seemed to be annoying to the staff. The receptionist went over to ask a sales associate my question. The sales associate responded loudly that my question “didn’t make sense”. WOW, very rude. The sales associate proceeded to the counter visibly “annoyed” with my question. Her demeanor was not kind and very unprofessional. Will not be spending my money here, next time be professional and kind to a first time visitor. Do better. Thank you.

They Did FIX the Issue **** My 150 glasses have broken. I only had a week cheap frame. The lady that took me there also had issues with hers. I should not have purchased, And went Online.
Great experience. I was early but still didnt wait long to begin the services that come with the examl. Always respect the optometrist but I respect the front office more. They were polite and friendly and made me laugh. Thank you for a great visit.
When I went there, the doctor made a mistake and placed two contacts in the same eye, thinking the first one got lost because he was not competent enough to find it. For the following week my eyes were irritated and I had a headache.I refrained from using lenses for a while, before I decided to order some online but turns out they prescribed the wrong ones. When I called they said the can’t do anything about it. DONT GO THERE, they are the worst.
I use to like this place back in the day. Service was good and there was a variety of frames on hand to pick from not anymore. It took one month to have my glasses ready for pickup, i thought that i would never get them, i almost forgot about them. Maybe they need new management 🤔
