Jeanne (Hartford, WI location) was very friendly and super helpful through the whole process from the exam to helping me pick out frames that were right for my face shape and style I was looking for. I called to make an appointment for an eye exam at 3pm with the thought that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for at least a week but that was not the case at all. I was able to be seen the same evening. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and explained how digital examines are preformed and made sure that I was ok with it before having me come in. The woman who walked me through the examine and entered all of my information in the system made sure I knew and understood the test being preformed..Loved the digital examine. I was in and out within a half hour. The staff was amazing and very helpful.. I ordered my new glasses walked out with a paper copy of my updated prescription and a smile on face. Definitely recommend Herslof Optical in Hartford
