Do not go to there dental office they don’t know how to schedule properly first all for a deep cleaning it’s going to take two months for them to complete it appointments are set so far apart and they don’t have enough dentist to accommodate the people that they are so booked up you will be waiting forever for an appointment I wish I would’ve have gone elsewhere and not waste my insurance coverage on this place sadly insurance only covers once year I will definitely go somewhere else next year UPDATE: Dr York paid me a courtesy call to inquire about my complaint he was so professional and patiently heard me out he also spoke with my dentist Michele Mcgory and she had an opening available for my next two appointments within reasonable time frame and days I want it to be known that I really appreciate this and plan on returning also my dentist Dr Mcgory is awesome if you have a phobia of the needle she’s the one I have had several injections required in a matter of few visits I have had and they were painless and no soreness afterwards I am also changing my rating and my five star goes to the doctors and staff

I had my teeth X-rayed by a gentle hygienist student, I think she said, and she was THE BEST! I’ve had horrible experiences at other places, but the HMS dental staff was extremely nice and wonderful. The front desk was absolutely amazing and so understanding!

I've had many providers through HMS. In the 19 years of being provided care, starting with Jill Steidl out in Gila. I finally have an excellent, patient, compassionate NP who is totally on board with helping me. Her name is Mary Crow. I lucked out with being seen and heard by Mary. I notice that a gentleman here has left a bad review for Ms. Crow. I wish to refute his claim of how my NP treated the circumstance and himself. HMS, providers and staff have always given me excellent service and care. We are blessed to have them here.

Had an appointment with Mary Crow, after 30 minutes of waiting she showed up to the exam room- Mary saw that I was on the phone- and informed me that she would be right back, and tried to give me time to finish my phone call. She actually left, and after waiting an additional twenty minutes I was informed that she cancelled my appointment because I was on the phone. All in all I waited for 50 minutes- on a simple appointment for a referral to an orthopedic doctor for physical therapy. The nurses called security to have me escorted out when I was upset for being unceremoniously ignored and canceled on. as a patient this was dehumanizing, as I simply requested for the doctor to tell me why she couldn’t make time out of her busy schedule to come see me- when I have to take my sick leave and schedule weeks in advance just to come see her. This was a frustrating, embarrassing, and unprofessional experience. Mary walked out of the office later past me in the parking lot, looking completely unhurried- I don’t think that my respect was valuable to this woman. This is why the USA has doctors who are the laughing stock of the international medical community.

Let me tell you about these people: They will offer you the worst medical care you could receive. The HMS in Lordsburg is being investigated by an independent journalist because they're sketch, this one might just be worse, as someone whose had my fair shake with both. Went here for gynecological care. Saw a nurse practitioner who had become my GP because they no longer actually hire doctors here (except for a few specialists like psychiatrists and a neuro-psych, the latter which I cannot say I have an experience with because of repeated blockades towards care, but the former which I can say I've had a terrble experience because of repeated blockades to care.) The doctor was unfamiliar with the most basic facts about sexual encounters between LGBTQ+ persons. She had literally no idea how an LGBTQ+ person has sex. On top of this, she was unable to complete the examination and continuously blamed it on my small size. She did not even seem to know the word vaginismus; instead she suggested that I get penetrated, and since I had mentioned I knew someone I liked and was thinking about doing something with them down the road, she and the medical assistant insisted (without knowing what that sex would involve) that I should go be penetrated by this partner and return. After the doctor left the room, the medical assistant (who was already pregnant three trimesters in, by the way!) began to give me a botched explanation of women's anatomy and how I needed to have a penis so my hips could spread out and I should consider having sex with a man "even if I don't like it." When I reported this to the chief medical officer at HMS, he replied sympathetically that "we would have to train them more appropriately." Rather than acknowledging that his employee should be punished for suggesting an LGBTQ+ person get raped as a solution to gynecological problems, he continuously suggested that they would simply be retrained, while repeatedly (but with a sympathetic tone, of course!) redirecting from the suggestion that something disciplinary be done. It took several months for the doctor in question to be dismissed and moved somewhere else. They proceeded to switch me to another doctor that delayed medical treatment of an infection until I was in sepsis, NOT THE FIRST DOCTOR TO DO EXACTLY THAT TO ME HERE. This is after years of giving me grief over mental healthcare, not getting to see my psychiatrist (my record was six months with no appointment and no contact about my meds, despite reaching out many times!) and generally being treated poorly by staff who assumed me female. Previously, I had been delayed getting hormone therapy by HMS and subsequently, even after having a medical crises over it, aforementioned doctor would greet me with "lady" each time she saw me. If you're transgender, genderqueer, or even just a lesbian, I'd recommend you take your parts elsewhere. Hell, if you're a human being, you probably won't be treated well here.
