My kids and I saw Dr. Le yesterday, and we had an excellent experience. The office was well organized, and we were seen promptly with no wait. Dr. Le was professional, kind, and took the time to address our questions and concerns. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated the quality of care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Le and the team.

Everyone from front to back were very accommodating and patient. Found my experience in getting my contacts and glasses prescription to be very pleasant! The Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything while answering any of my concerns or questions.

Every time we’ve used them, we make an appointment and then wait forever. When I went today, they didn’t even have a record of and appointment. I showed them the email confirmation and they said it’s not in their records. Fix your system!! I’m not going to use them anymore. Service was never anything special but now they don’t acknowledge that you have an appointment? Wow.

Dr. Hieu T Le's examination was truly exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by his use of innovative methodologies, such as the double lines slide comparison. His expertise is unparalleled, and I firmly believe that he is the top choice for anyone seeking eye exam in the Cypress area.

I want to start by saying I am very pleased with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides. However - as I went to order my glasses online, it asked me to enter in my prescription information. At one point it asked for a PD number. As I reviewed my prescription, I realized there is no PD number on my prescription. I called the office and was told the PD is not typically measured and this is something that requires being requested. It would have been helpful to know this information at the time of my appointment. The receptionist verified my information, my address, etc. A simple "If you are considering ordering glasses online, please let us know so we can request Dr. Le to measure your PD" would have saved me a lot of frustration and hassle. Ordering glasses online is a common practice. I Dr. Le considers revising their standard operating procedures to include measuring the PD and including it on the prescription, or at the very least asking the patient if they plan to order online and providing the option for you to measure the PD. This would improve customer satisfaction and encourage us to return in the future. Again, I am very happy with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides; however, this mishap has caused some frustration with trying to order my glasses.
