I purchased a pair of eyeglasses from hills family eye center and the frame snapped in the first 3 months I took them back they said that my lenses couldn't fit into any other frames that I'd have to get the exact same frame so I did and it snapped again in 3 months now they say I have to pay $65 to get the same frame that's going to snap again so they will not be getting any of my business nor any of my friends I will make sure everyone knows about this. They're the worst!

My whole family uses Hill Eye. Had some very frustrating issues come up for the very first time of wearing glasses. A situation that had never happened before kinda thing. Everyone at Hill Eye is very professional, and I can't thank them enough for helping me with this unusual issue that I will not explain here.I will always use and recommend them to everyone I know. Friendly staff, great physician, Dr. Hill explained his results very well so that I could understand. Waiting time was short. Staff was patient and helped me pick out some glasses because I was having a hard time picking them out myself. I have not received the glasses yet since I just ordered them, so we will see how the ordering goes.

Dr. Hill is wonderful. My grandson accidentally scratched my cornea and it was a bad scratch. It interfered with my vision for a couple weeks. I went to Dr. Hill the day after it happened and he treated it. Now I see just as well as I did before it happened. Dr. Hill has a great personality too.i highly recommend him. He has also fitted me for glasses.

Personally I think this place needs help. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my glasses from them. When I call I get a different excuse everytime. One days it’s delayed the next day oh it’s a mix up at the lab. Now today they tell me the labs backed up. I paid a lot of money to get my glasses and they want to give the run around on it. Then get smart with me because I’m upset I’ve been 2 months without glasses and have constant headaches bc I’m having to strain my eyes so much to see.
