We had such a wonderful experience with the entire office. The lovely woman at the front desk was able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment because my daughter broke her glasses and needed a new pair. Dr. Shah was kind, patient, and so engaged with my 9 year old. She was talking about her favorite animals, showing my daughter how the machines work and how she keeps all organized. Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. Highly recommend Dr. Shah and her office. We will be back.

Phenomenal! All around the board, Ash, Gio, and Dr. Shah are a well oiled machine making your vision clearer and keeping your eyes on the prize. Please come here! I've found a home here and can't wait to come back next year for my annual exam. I promise you, they will not disappoint and you will leave happier and with a vision even brighter!!

Very happy with my first visit with Dr. Shah. She is very professional, explains things clearly, and doesn't rush you out of the chair when you have questions, even when my appointment ran late after close of business (due to my questions). Her manner in conducting all of the eye exam tests was the best that I have experienced -- she allowed an appropriate amount of time to answer the questions instead of the usual race through them that I have experienced elsewhere. Ash and Javonie were a pleasure as well, patiently and cheerfully asking and answering questions. They were always concerned about making sure that everything was done correctly. This is the opposite of the classic healthcare factory. I am looking forward to future appointments, which is not typical for me!

I had such a lovely visit to Hillsdale Eyecare this afternoon. Dr. Margi Shah is a true professional and the experience almost felt like I was at SoJo spa. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while she examined my peepers. Overall I will 10/10 continue coming to Hillsdale Eyecare. My only complaint was lack of candies at the front desk. I suspect the receptionist is the culprit and I've already made notice to management and the issue will be rectified 😋

Dr. Shah and staff are outstanding. Whether for regular visits or last minute emergency we have had great experiences. Dr.Shah gives the most undecided attention and spends the time to answer all questions.
