Very disappointed in this office. Went last year when moved back to Oklahoma bcuz Dr Hogle took such excellent care of my children and myself years ago. However, today when I called with a question the little girl who answered the phone didn't even put me on hold when she asked question from staff about what I needed to know. And the manner in which she was speaking of my call and questions was very unprofessional. When she got back I told her I would not be back due to her unprofessionalism and the FACT that she should've put me on hold before she spoke about me and that I heard the manner to which she was speaking about me and she was rude. I will Never return to Dr Hogle due to this and more. Sad
First time for me. Chelsea was super sweet. Been with my dad before that is why I went there, Dr Hogel seemed kind and patient. When I went he seemed like he was in a bad mood. Was condescending when I spoke with him. He would cut me off when I was telling him things. He sort of argued with me when I told him I already did what he suggested and was dismissive. He couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Seemed like he had a fight with his wife before work. Don't think I will go back.
Justin Hogle & his staff are wonderful. They are very professional & I especially appreciate that they have new equipment that does not require him to use dilation drops. One eye Dr I went to before him used those, and she looked like the outline of a shadow person when she did that to me & that's creepy. Soul-less shadow people are ugly. I mean, no matter how you know them, even if they go to church with you, that's not good. Anyway, Justin & his staff are all super friendly, professional, & kind, & have the latest technology for the most comfortable experience, plus a great selection of glasses.frames. I trust them & don't worry about whether or not they have souls. I kinda just know they do. Definitely recommend. Frank from Salina needs to stop by for VDay. Not kidding, he was the one for your mom. You know that Justin. That made me more mad at you than anything, even though I just met you. I love her and want her to be happy. She was good to me.
