I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Z! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Z is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all my questions were answered. The exam process was smooth, using the latest technology to ensure accuracy, and I truly appreciated the personalized care I received. Dr. Z also helped me find the perfect prescription and gave great recommendations for eyewear. If you're looking for an optometrist who is professional, caring, and dedicated to their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Z. I’ll definitely be returning for all my eye care needs!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Saretta Zanjanchian, and I would caution anyone with more complex vision needs to look elsewhere. While Dr. Zanjanchian may be fine for straightforward prescriptions, when I explained that the sample lenses were not working for me, she was completely inflexible and insisted that “this was the prescription” — even though I still couldn’t see properly. It felt like there was no interest in working with me to actually find a solution. I also found Dr. Zanjanchian's communication style very rigid, which made it hard to feel comfortable bringing up concerns. The exam cost $170, which was a significant financial burden for me as a full-time unpaid caretaker for my ill parents and a graduate student. Unfortunately, I received no effective care, so that money was completely wasted. From everything I’ve read, getting the right prescription is a balance of art and science, and it takes listening to the patient’s experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. The situation left me so anxious that I never even went back to get my final prescription. I will say that another doctor I saw at the same clinic in the interim, Dr. Bhavani, was pleasant and more open, but she was not the one who ultimately provided my last trial pair. And when I asked to see the main doctor who owns the practice, Dr. Hollingsworth, I was told she was not accepting new patients — which left me feeling like I had no remedy for the situation. I hope this feedback encourages more care, flexibility, and communication with patients who don’t fall into the “easy prescription” category.
I had an eye exam here about 6 mos ago and didn't have the greatest experience. I saw Dr. Bhavani Yedulapuram, whom spent more of the visit complaining about the demands of her children than she did testing my eyes and determining the best prescription. She gave me a prescription for bifocals and said everything else was fine. Wrapped up the visit in about 10 mins or less. I got glasses according to her Rx and felt they were a little off at first but thought maybe it would take some adjustment. I started to notice that they actually gave me a headache every time I wore them so I stopped using them for a bit. After trying for months, I gave up and went to the Optometrist that my family has gone to for years. She diagnosed me with an astigmatism in one eye and gave me an entirely different Rx, which has been great. Missing something as significant as an astigmatism and getting totally different number on my Rx is completely unacceptable! 0/10 Do not recommend! You may think its an inexpensive option if you don't have eye coverage but it cost me much more in the end!!
Dr. Hollingsworth has served me and my family very well though the years. She is always highly professional and thorough in her exam. Today, there was another person that made my visit extraordinary. Angie! She was delightful in executing the preliminary portions of the exam. She was a joy! A wonderful partner to Dr. Hollingsworth. Keep up the outstanding service to your patients.
Let me start off by saying Dr. Hollingsworth was very friendly and very speedy, which I appreciated. I would have highly rated her and her office if it were not for one of her front office staff, Jenny. She was extremely rude and was not helpful at all when I came to her with a question about insurance. I had to call 3 different times to try and get a question answered and all 3 times she was hard to communicate with and very rude. She did not help with a problem I had and copped an attitude with me for asking her to figure out something simple.
