I walked in since I started out with a stye that got really infected. Barbara was very accommodating and compassionate and squeezed me in which I greatly appreciate. Alex was super sweet and caring he made sure to make feel taken care of. Evelyn goes the extra step to make sure you leave happy. Yolanda is knowledgeable in her area and made me feel at ease by explaining all details prior to starting the IPL treatment, she was patient and kind. Barbie and Carla at the front desk are pleasant and trying their best to keep everyone happy. Carina is very sweet, kind and gentle all in all the team is great. Dr. Amberg is lucky with a great staff.

Took my 95 year old father in today and everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. Made our visit painless. Shout out to Joseph, who took his time and made my father feel comfortable and at ease. Noah was excellent taking the tests and photos of his eyes. Very nice and sweet as well. Dr. Hsu was professional and calming. The overall experience was excellent! I'm making an appt for myself as well! Excellent job everyone!

I especially want to recognize Mr. Joseph, who went above and beyond to understand the dry-eye issues I had been experiencing. He took the time to listen carefully, and made sure my concerns were understood. After months of struggling to find answers, that level of attention and compassion meant more than I can express. The doctor was thorough, thoughtful, and clearly committed to understanding the full picture. The manager and front-desk staff were also warm, helpful, and accommodating. This was one of the first times I truly felt that an eye-care team understood how significantly these symptoms had been affecting my quality of life. I had a great experience with the Eye Institute in Hollywood, Florida, starting from the very first phone call. The staff was professional, patient, and helpful. Mr. Joseph was especially amazing. I have not even seen the ophthalmologist yet, and I already feel confident about coming here because of the great customer service I received from him. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was simple and easy to understand. My eyes had been watering for two days, and I really was not sure what was going on. Even though I work in insurance, I still did not fully understand how important it is to get your eyes dilated and properly checked. At first, I kept saying no and had some hesitation, but Mr. Joseph broke everything down clearly and helped it all make sense. He explained the process, why it mattered, and what I needed to do.
