I’ve been thru a handful of eye drs & I can honestly say I love horizon! Very clean and nice ! Everyone is so welcoming & nice , I love that the Dr is patient & she listens to what you have to say as well as your concerns! She interacts with the kids amazingly, she makes sure they’re comfortable & her kindness towards them is what made me love this place.
The staff was very friendly and worked with what i wanted done. They are super busy so an appointment is very much needed. They explained what they saw and what was needed for my eyes. I found my new eye dr for as long as they are in Buisness. Update 1 month later. Came in a second time to get a second pair of glasses for driving. Appointments are very much needed but in my line of work I may not be around for a bit since I travel. They remembered me and asked if I didn’t mind waiting until the appointments were done. I didn’t mind at all and they fit me in. We figured out what I wanted and they took the best care of me. I highly suggest them for all your eye and vision needs.
I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I was not seen until 5:00 PM ( closing time). During my wait, another patient who arrived after me was allowed to see the doctor first because the staff mentioned her visit would be quick. I understand that situations can vary, but this was frustrating given that I had been waiting for an hour. Additionally, the staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and customer service in the future.
Dr.Tee is very nice, she took her time & explain to me clearly all the questions I had about my son Ortho K.
My fist visit was amazing!!! The front desk service and everyone that works there are really nice. They really know how to take care of there clients. Thank you! You guys made everything so easy for me.
