Staff and Dr. were nice but the wait was ridiculous. I went in for an eye exam and it took about 40 minutes just to be called back the first time. I even filled out paperwork beforehand and showed up early like they asked me to. Once they called me back they did some checks and then had me wait again in another little waiting area for maybe about 30 minutes before the doctor called me into a room. In total I spent about 1.5 hours there for a a 15 minute exam in which I didn’t even end up needing a prescription. I asked 2 different times about the wait and first time I was told they usually run on time but were about 10 minutes behind. The 2nd time they said they were 20 minutes behind but I definitely waited a lot more than that. I was going to try and take my son there but I don’t know that I want to now with how long they tend to take and run behind.

Very nice and supportive staff. Dr. Shen takes time to explain your condition and test results to you. He’s thorough and unhurried. I appreciate that they respect your time. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes before being called back. Also, plenty of free parking.

Love the care and attention that the workers give to their patients. I recommend Doctor Merry Ruan she is so nice and listen to her patients and care deeply for each one of them.

Dr. Musgrove was very nice and professional during my visit to her clinic office. She thoroughly examined my binocular vision using prism measurements and prescribed prism film on my class for the non-dominant eye and explained the probable cause for this vision issue. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Excellence from check-in thru evaluation and planned treatment/vision correction. Professional, knowledgeable medical team, and especially feel fortunate to have Dr. Musgrove at the helm. Highly recommend.
