We had an awesome experience with the nurse 1st who had a very beautiful attitude . Dr Banks was very kind and took so much time talking with us about my husband's desire to get a new prescription for eye glasses . Dr Banks showed us my husband's eye exam and how he wants to take time seeing how the medicine controls his eye pressures over the next month . We really appreciate such a good experience !
Dr. William Banks was recommended to me by by my optometrist approximately 30 years ago. Over those 30 years I have never wanted or seem another opthalmogist. From the very first visit Dr. Banks has provided with the best fitting prescriptions I have ever received! He is a very patient, caring person who takes the time to make sure the prescription is the best possible. He also does a through exam of my eyes and explains well to me their condition. Although our relationship is strictly that of patient/doctor, since I have known him so long, I consider him a friend. As long as he continues to practice and I am still alive I will see him for my eye care.
I have been a patient of Dr.Lin's for 4 years or more. She takes time to explain what's going on. She has a very good staff.I would highly recommend her. It's easy to get an appointment. You are in and out.
