There was a mix up on my appointment time. The staff graciously accommodated me without delay. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and pleasant. Dr Sun is knowledgeable and efficient! Great experience!

I am an Optometrist and I will have Dr Tim Sun perform cataract surgery on me. I choose Dr Sun because a few of his patients came to me for their primary care visit. His patients were very happy with their result and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Sun. One of the patients described Dr Sun as a “hard working” doctor. I care tremendously about my patients and I would refer them to a doctor that I would seek care if I need it myself. Also, it says a lot about the doctor if his technician has been with him for 20+yrs as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant, informative, personal experience at my initial consultation visit.

Doctor Sun was very thorough and right to the point. The visit was great but having the money for the procedure that I need to be done is my biggest issue. I have insurance but I’m needing $3500 to meet my deductible, which I do not have. There is no payment plan that can be offered to assist me with the cost.

When I had my right eye cataract done first, the nerves were taking over myself. Dr Sun and his staff were extremely professional in making me calm as can be. Very pleasant staff to work with. I am glad I was referred to Dr Sun, by the time I had my left eye done I knew I was in good hands. The staff at I-Surg were extremely professional with smiles and kindness. I saw Dr. Ali this morning and finally got the answers I needed. 6 mos. ago I visited Berkeley in The Woodlands to have my retina checked because of light flares and distorted vision. The Dr there said "looks good, see you in 3 years" It made me mad, then they sent me an extra bill over my copay. Today, Dr. Ali was amazing at explaining what was wrong with my retina, showed me the images and explained everything in detail, and the reason for my distorted vision. He offered suggestions for repairs and put me at ease that it is not an emergency. It was a great visit and I Highly recommend the Tomball Office. The entire staff was very nice and made the appointment great! Thank you!!
