I rarely give reviews, but I wanted to take the time recommend Dr. Klaff, he is terrific! He is knowledgeable, gentle, thorough and has a great sense of humor. He takes the time to answer questions, I never feel rushed. His staff is always cheerful, attentive and knowledgeable as well. I always look forward to my visits. You can't go wrong with him!
Victoria was very nice and pleasant during the whole visit. She was very knowledgeable and was very efficient. The wait time wasn’t long and my son was with me on this day. They were still courteous towards him. Dr. Agarwal was very knowledgeable and gave me options for what I can to the visit for. She made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate her and even told her that she has wonderful patient manners… I have worked with many doctors and nurses but she is very calm and respectful.
I’ve been seeing Dr Mark Klaff for about 30 years. I’ve also recommended him to several of my family and friends who are equally happy with Dr. Klaff’s kindness, knowledge, and friendliness. I will continue to use Dr. Klaff as my optometrist until he retires, which I hope is far into the future. I trust him explicitly.
ENJOYED my visit to Houston Eye Associates. Staff is kind and helpful. Dr Klaff made me feel very comfortable. He explained each step. Was very patient during eye exam. I highly recommend this office. Everyone there puts effort into making you feel like more than a number.
Dr. Klaff and his entire staff were excellent. Both myself and my wife were seen together and we both would highly recommend Houston Eye Associates and Dr. Klaff for your eye care needs. Professional, kind, and caring from beginning to end. We felt welcomed and we're treated like we had been patients for years. Dr. Klaff has great knowledge and answered all my questions fully and thoroughly. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was helpful and thorough. Would highly recommend!
