I’m so happy a new optometry office opened up nearby! From my first visit, Dr. Hovsepyan and his team—Anna, Michelle, and Dominique—made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Dr. Hovsepyan is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you find the right lenses and frames without ever feeling rushed. I couldn’t be happier with my new Gucci sunglasses and Ralph Lauren prescription glasses. The quality, fit, and overall experience exceeded my expectations! The entire team creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. Dr. Jivan Hovsepyan was one of the most knowledgeable and professional optometrists I have ever visited. I recently visited him for a contact lens fitting and he walked me through any concerns and questions I had. The technology was unlike anything I have seen elsewhere, everything was made to be as easy and convenient as possible for the patient. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming and shared the same professionalism as Dr. Hovsepyan. The office had this warm and cozy environment that made me extremely welcome. My experience was phenomenal and I would highly recommend him!

I had a great experience at Hovsepyan Family Optometry. They truly live up to their “family” business name. Unlike other businesses, we did not feel we were just numbers. The friendly staff made my wife and me feel at home. Dr. Jivan was caring and professional. He took time to throughly explain the process. Michele was very helpful and patient to show us the eyeglass collection. She is very knowledgeable with eye/sunglasses. I would definitely come back.

Dr. Hovsepyan and his staff were very warm in welcoming me to their practice. I had an appointment for Saturday which is a great bonus considering a lot of places are closed on the weekends. The interior is clean, well designed, and it’s even right next to Mandarin 2 if you wanted to grab a coffee. I feel like my past experiences at Optometrists have always been lukewarm, nothing super memorable, but it was different here. When booking my appointment, I wanted to let them know that I had concerns over Glaucoma due to my previous annual. Before I had even said that, Dr. Hovsepyan already prepared specific tests just based on my records from my previous Opto. He really pays attention to the details and makes you feel cared for. When I came in for my visit, we went through all the general testing as well as my specific tests. Everything went smoothly, and I never felt rushed in the process at all. Him and his team were very open to answering any questions I had, and were also so so thorough with their response! They walk you through all the imaging and will even draw things out for you to understand. What I also appreciated was that I never felt like I was getting upsold on any treatments or products. He let me know that I had Ocular Hypertension and not likely Glaucoma, and that new studies show that they actually shouldn’t be treated the same way. He’s up to date with research and I was thoroughly impressed. He also referred me to a specialist if I wanted to double check if I had Glaucoma or not, as they would be able to do more detailed testing. They also give you a summary at the end, and give you plenty of time to ask any missed questions as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Optometrist to check out Dr. Hovsepyan’s practice! This will be my go to optometrist from now on.

We had a such a great experience at Hovsepyan Family Optometry. Very clean and beautiful office, great variety of eyeglasses, the most welcoming staff, and of course Dr. Jivan is so knowledgeable! Truly took his time to explain everything and answered all our questions. They gave my toddler a squishy toy, engaged with her and made her feel so comfortable there! 10/10 would recommend!
