I LOVE HUFFMAN AND HUFFMAN P.S.C. They are so professional and organized and know how to take care of their eye patients. I selected them again because of the exceptional experience I had with them last year and they did not disappoint me at all this time either. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Well we got here for the appt at about 3pm appt was at 315pm it is now 5pm and still waiting i think they still over book appts and people have to wait long periods of time this is not a good plan Jim and Mark you need to do better than this. Other than the problem that I mentioned these guys and gals are the best. UPDATE: Well here I am again sitting here for my yearly check up, appt. At 1030 going on 1230 and still waiting nothing has changed here.
Only thing about this place I liked was, the building was new. There was several people in the waiting room waiting to be seen, I heard several people ask how much longer would they be waiting? I think that because I was a new patient they got me back pretty quick, but what I noticed was a lot of people waiting in common areas. They were going through questions with me when I mentioned there was a lot of people waiting around, I asked if they were planning on putting me in one of those areas, she responded yes. I asked how long would I be waiting, she said it would be at least an hour before I saw the doctor maybe longer. I told her they could keep my copay and asked her to show me the way out. I know you’ll do what you think is right but for me finding another eye doctor is what I’ll do. If you don’t mind being an item on a conveyor belt of people this just might be the place for you.
I could see good just went to check on old scar.left eye he looked said you need surgery I?? That I had 20-20 right 20 -25 left eye all he had was $$$ signs because I was 77 years old went in like an assembly line people laying everywhere then went back trying to see him appointment 9:30 ran out of oxygen at 10:30 had to leave never have seen Huffman again tried to schedule another appointment but AI can’t get anyone no call backs ?? Might call Medicare see if he’s got to many patients
Friendly staff and convenient location. Dr. Overly is wonderful. The receptionist at window was welcoming and friendly. Great place for your eye health.
