Miss having them in the medical building. Drove specifically to see them instead of using the vision care that replaced them even though I work in the same building. Cannot beat their service. Alan is the best!

Had a great visit. Brought my daughter. The staff loved her. This was one of the most knowledgeable doctors to speak with. The receptionist/everything else was extremely attentive. Had a great sense for what people like in glasses.

I had to go round and round with one of the receptionists and still got absolutely no where. She was talking to me like I was stupid and like she knew how things were supposed to go when she clearly didn’t. I had talked to my insurance SIX times where they finally just told me to switch eye doctors due to this place giving me the run around. They gave me a number to a different place and they have been nothing short of amazing; very very professional, accommodating, and Friendly!

Have always received excellent care. Thorough eye exam. Staff is friendly and professional. I know he had trouble finding competent staff when his long time staff retired. Just in there recently and was pleased with new staff.
