It was my first visit to see.Dr. Granger. His staff was very kind and very efficient; making sure all the tests were completed before I saw the doctor. Dr. Granger introduced himself and started my examination. I even got to pick out a great pair of glasses. They have many new glasses in stock. Overall my experience was great 😃. So if you're looking for a new optometrist, Dr Granger is very qualified! Thanks for such great service !!!💯

Never again!!! This place went very down hill since Dr. Tate passed away. These employees have a GREAT skill called Gaslighting!!! After the second experience of GASLIGHTING about my care and I CAN’T DO IT ANYMORE!!! They don’t listen and Dr. Granger, He don’t listen, very dry, not very straightforward about your care nor very skilled for dealing with other illnesses like glaucoma. He’s only good for eye glasses and complete vagueness when asked questions about other things and/or results to your eye care. In conclusion I’m never going back!!! Sorry but not Sorry

My new glasses are not as good as my old glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful, the R/x was off. The lenses are not good, vision did not improve, it actually got worse.

Very unprofessional at the front desk. The receptionist hung up in my face and when I called back she didn’t answer, they have caller ID. So I went there to speak to the manager but I’m sure she won’t do anything. My kids and I have been going there since my kids were young and they are adults now but we won’t be back. I really like Dr. Granger but since Iberia Comprehensive took over it’s not the same.
