The best eye doctor ever! They are so welcoming and so sweet and always quick to ask me how I’m doing and keep up with my life. They handled my appointment quickly and efficiently. We love them so much and going to chat. We are sticking with them :)
Im a loyal customer for many years, just called to get my last prescription for contacts and was totally shut down by the RUDE receptionist who answered the phone! FYI - it’s my prescription and have paid you for the service, why can you NOT tell me what my last prescription was?!?????!??? Never have I experienced this before! Me or my kids will NOT need back….terrible service!!
I went to the same place for years, until the doctor retired and sold the business. The new owners shuffled me through so fast that I just didn’t feel comfortable, so I went to IC Optique! They were awesome! I love how thorough they were, and really paid attention to me and my needs. Highly recommend!!!
I have been going to IC Optique for several years. However, recently I have decided to switch practices. I've had several problems with them. For instance, my prescription was -.5 off in each eye when I got them checked by another optometrist causing me to have to repurchase glasses. The front receptionist can be attitudinal at times as well. Finally, they charged $80 for a "contact fitting" yet only one brand of trial contacts were provided.
Dr.Samuels and her team are wonderful and extremely helpful. I have been going to IC Optique for years and have always been treated with great care. Dr. Samuels and her team are the reason I still have the ability to see. I had a very dangerous situation with my left eye that if not properly diagnosed could have left me blind in that eye. The doctor worked quickly to examine and get me the proper treatment to save my vision. Every time I have called for help with my vision her and the team have went always taken care of me. Give this location and try if you want great professional and friendly help. They also have a nice selection of glasses and sun glasses.
