ICON Eyecare - Westminster (May Eye Care)

The office was full of professional friendly staff. The doctor had a very professional but approachable manner. He was very through at explaining why I was there and what he was looking at in the test that has been done. When I left I felt that my needs had been met and that I just had left an office where a group of people came together to use their expertise to care for and help others.

My visit to ICON Eyecare was very pleasant. The people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The optometric assistant who conducted my initial exams was professional without being stuffy. She explained the procedures, so I understood what was happening and felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Stone was outstanding. She made sure I fully understood the outcome of each test and what to expect in the future. Being an older person, this kind of information is very helpful. It’s also nice to go to a place that doesn’t try to upsell you on eyewear or procedures. They’re honest, caring, and informative. The ICON Eyecare Center in Westminster has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

All the staff people are very nice and very professional. I appreciate the way Dr Stone explains what is going on with your eyes and what needs to be done. I would recommend to my friends to have Dr Stone to take care of their eyes. Thanks very much.

Reagan, she is a person that gets to the point and explains everything for you so I like that but her staff are really awesome. Very great workers there like they’re worth it. They know how to treat people great customer service everything.
