We had such a wonderful experience at my daughter’s eye doctor appointment! Everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming, and they made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything and made sure she was taken care of every step of the way. I truly appreciate how great they were with her and how much they genuinely cared. We definitely recommend them and will be happy to continue going back! ❤️

The customer service at the idabel eye guys was truly exceptional. They greet there customers the minute they come into the building, even get them in before the schedule appt. The techs are highly trained and guick with there responsibilities. The physician is very courteous and thoughtful and made the end of the exam a good experience, and then ms Tiffany made the experience of picking out the frames easy and without doubt. Im very happy and excited to get my eye glasses. Thanks to each and every one of you!

Easy to get an appointment. Everybody on staff was very friendly and pleasant even though it was the end of the day. The doctor explained everything he found and provided details if I wanted. I'll definitely go back when it's time.

The nurse was patient with my child and even made my girl understand what she was doing with whichever tool while explaining what it's used for.The main doctor was awesome and assured me he understood that we had no clue about my daughters eyes being in terrible shape! He made her comfortable.The staff were very helpful and friendly!

The folks at The Eye Guys are so nice and friendly and helpful. From Dr Bako to the girls in the glasses department. They make the appointments enjoyable.
