So I had an emergency broken glasses that needed to be fixed. Jenifer the Manager came to the rescue!! Super professional and took her 5 minutes if not less to fix my glasses!! Highly recommended!!
After a decade of visiting Dr Ha and staff, I can't say enough good things, my experience has been nothing but stellar, I would recommend them without hesitation, Jennifer is awesome, Dr Ha is awesome, just a great small personal office experience. The front desk girls charged my card twice because they're not trained well enough to give their customers the right prices. This is essential to any business to know how much you are charging the patients. The first person looked at a blue book 3 times before she charged me. Then, she asked another person who acted like she knew everything and found out she needed to charge me more! This is unacceptable and they need to train their front desk better! This was my mother's initial appointment and they already failed on first impressions!
Been a client since last year, they can take care of you family in one place, the ladies are great and Doctor as well, never had any issues with the service or recommendations they provide.and they accept my insurance and its definitely very convenient for me and my family.
