I came in today for an eye exam and from the moment I walked in the experience was amazing. The receptionist were friendly and had all of my information on file. The young lady who performed my pre exam was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The Doctor was friendly and gave excellent advice. As a vet I’m glad I was sent to this community care connection with the VA.

I was very impressed with everyone there at InFocus Vision.The staff was very prompt in getting me processed in by filling out the necessary paperwork and I had a very short wait before I was in the room getting tested concerning my vision.They were very friendly, professional and informed me about what was best for me.It all went very well and I am so grateful that I was referred to this outstanding organization.

This appointment was for my wife, who has dementia. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the doctor for how wonderful they treated her. Everyone was extremely patient, as they helped her get the best prescription for her eyes, even though her ability to communicate is very limited. I will definitely continue to use In Focus at Hulen Mall for all of my optometry needs.

Highly recommend this office and Dr Jan Dao. Staff is professional and courteous. I always feel that I am receiving great care and proper explanations of my exams.
