Very polite and professional staff. Dr. Nick is thorough, explains everything clearly, and provides excellent care.

It had been some time since I'd had my eyes checked out. My eye has also been twitching for over a month. I started to worry and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ho's office. The location was super convenient and close to me. As soon as I arrived, I filled out some paperwork and my eye pressure was tested. The ladies working the office are so nice! Dr. Ho called me in, I explained what was going on, and he ran a number of tests on my eyes. He gave me the best news! But I was most impressed with how thorough and kind he was. Some doctors want to get you in and out, but he actually takes the time to treat you and explain what could be going on. I really appreciate that. I'll definitely be back to see him for a future appointment and I absolutely recommend him.

The vision staff was very friendly. Suzanne assisted me in selecting the right frames for me and was friendly throughout the check-out process. The optometrist's staff was also very friendly. The only suggestion for the optometrist would be for him to introduce himself when meeting his patients, and to also explain the things he says. For example, he told me that I did not need bifocals at this time but "to be ready because it's coming in a few years". It would have been more beneficial for me to know what his reasoning for saying so was, and what I could do to help my eye-health long-term. As for the vision center, my glasses were due to be ready on 2 December (1 week), but were not ready until a week later. Not too major, but just expect glasses to take a little longer than what they tell you when you check-out.
