Lucky for me, Dr. David Forrest is an in circuit Medical Provider with my Health Insurance, HUMANA. Absolutely lovely experience. He and his fine staff will take very good care of you. Expansive selection of frames! I was so pleased, I brought my daughter for an eye exam and glasses. today. Great prices, too!
i was recommended by someone to go to them. at first i was spectacle due to the shop being in a food store, but after talking to the worker and owner, i quickly realized they were genuine people. my glasses took a few days and with great customer service.
They are not interested in losing customers, they are able to get the customer in to justify their incompetence to the point of telling you that they sent you a voice message to cancel the appointment and when you show them that it is not true they simply tell you that they did not have it on time even showing them the card with the date and time of the appointment. She doesn't seem to own the clinic.
