I had an amazing experience at InnerVision Fine Eyewear! Dr. Gauntlett was by far one of the best optometrists I’ve ever met. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. The staff was just as wonderful—they were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of Lindberg glasses without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent service. The office is beautiful, the selection of eyewear is outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend InnerVision Fine Eyewear to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and high-quality glasses.

I cannot recommend Innervision highly enough. From the moment I walked in, every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to customer care and making sure I was completely satisfied. A special thank you to Tasha, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. Adjusting to progressive lenses was much more difficult than I expected, and it took several visits before I finally felt comfortable. At no point did she make me feel rushed or like I was being a burden. Instead, she took the time to answer every question, make adjustments, and ensure I ended up with the right solution. That level of patience and professionalism is rare. I purchased both progressive lenses and reading glasses, and thanks to Tasha and the entire team, I now have exactly what I need. What impressed me most was that the customer-first culture wasn't limited to one person. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. Outstanding service, exceptional expertise, and a team that truly cares about its customers. I can't say enough good things about Innervision, and I would recommend them without hesitation.
We dropped in to have a Lens placed back into our balenciaga frames and Tasha was amazing. She saw us immediately, and repaired the glasses in a minute flat. We will be back!
Had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Gauntlett. For the purchasing experience, Tasha is the best! I wasn't sure about the steep Lindberg investment until they came in. These are by far the lightest, most comfortable piece of eyewear I have ever had. I have moderate-high myopia so the lenses are typically thick and top-heavy, but they did an excellent job when making them. They did take a while to come in, but the wait was 100% worth it. Also they were very flexible with adjustments my glasses needed afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best of the best eyewear in Philly.
I had a great experience with the optometrist, who was thorough and explained every test she completed. However, the customer side of the experience left me frustrated. My appointment was for a Saturday and the optometrist was overbooked, even through her typical lunch time. The appointment ended up having to be rushed, which was not her fault. The appointment also started about 30 minutes later than the scheduled time (which I expected for a Saturday and for this being a doctor's office, but keep this in mind when scheduling your day) After the appointment, I went to pay (I confirmed the amount before the appointment began, which i highly recommend doing), I was asked if I would like to purchase contacts or glasses. I said no, as I order my contacts through my insurance, but I was asked an additional 3 times if I wanted to buy contacts, even trying to bill me without going over the cost breakdown. I ultimately said no and was able to just pay the bill. When I went to order my contacts through my normal method, I was told that Innervision had an open authorization on my insurance and I could not use my insurance's alloted amount for contacts. I was able to contact my insurance to get this resolved, but I should not have had to take the time to do this. Ultimately I recommend the following if you go here: * Check your prescription before you leave. I received the incorrect prescription initially (last year's) and received another incorrect prescription after following up * Shop around before your appointment. Become familiar on how much your glasses/ contacts should cost so you have an idea of how much you are willing to spend. Also know how much your eye insurance covers, if you have it, and how to contact them if you have questions. Overall, this was an ok experience, but ended up being tedious.
