I had a very good experience at Dr Guevara office today. The staff is friendly and kind. And the wait wasn't too long which is a big plus. Dr Guevara is very professional and caring and I felt confident with her excellent care. Anne Livio

Appointments timely. Staff knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Doctor Girgis highly concerned for overall well being of her patients. She is willing and available to spend time with them to explain diagnosis and treatments until fully understood by her patients. A flawless experience from beginning to end - something seldom experienced in today's society. Kudos to Doctor Girgis and staff.

I was very impressed with Kaitlyn who took the time to Google how to correctly pronounce my unusual name. She was very friendly and competent with her duties. Dr. Girgis was friendly and showed me the images of my eyes which were of concern. She assured me that she would monitor these in case of the need for future treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Girgis.

Dr. Girgis, lack of understanding or common sense how to treat chemically burn eyes She TOTALLY disregarded I have a Chemical Burn to my eyes from bleach fumes the funes are powerful enough that caused extensive inflammation, pain redness swelling. I requested her doctors notes and found out She’s NOT treating me for a Chemical Burn ,She is treating me for Chronic Dry Eye syndrome per her notes!. Plus she said to me if your thyroid is off this can cause dry eyes I RELIZED she COMPLETELY IGNORED or believes in her mind I have chronic dry eye this is a secondary condition but the primary from chemical burn needs careful monitoring steroids are part of this NOT Restatis My last visit eyes are red I have sharp pain my lids are puffy she tells me to start the Restasis again,and she’ll see me in two or three months it’s obvious I’m NOT getting the care that I need these are my eyes that specific treatment and monitoring . She does NOT listen to you. She doesn’t explain her findings but tells you she did in her notes. I now have a NEW Doctor that’s a corneas specialist turns out my corneas aren’t healed I have a lot of inflammation I’m on three medications now to help with the inflammation and hazing and once this is under control my tear ducts I hope will recover maybe with some help . The NEW doctor I’m seeing now said to me you can see you had an eye injury. Be Very careful who you trust with your care and always ask for your doctors notes to be sure your treatment matches up with your condition.

I appreciate that in this busy office, Dr Girgis’s calm and competent demeanor sets the tone for her staff! I was expertly cared for by Kaitlyn in measuring my IOP. *-* And had the pleasure of being helped by Tasire in processing my copayments and securing a copy of my visit. :-> My heartfelt gratitude! 💖
