Insight Eye Optique (Brambleton)

I’ve been going to this practice since they opened in 2010, and I’ve always had such a great experience. The staff are attentive, thorough, and genuinely take the time to get to know each patient. Anytime I need something—whether I’m running low on contacts or need to schedule a last-minute dry eye therapy appointment—they’re quick to respond and always do their best to fit me in. It’s rare to find a practice where you don’t feel like you’re being rushed in and out after a quick check. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you leave feeling taken care of.

I had the pleasure of working with Ines. Her precision fitting me for my new glasses was amazing to watch. I've worn glasses since a child, but I have never had anyone be so precise when fitting me. When I arrived to try out my new glasses, honestly, i was brought to tears. It has been so long since I have been able to see this clearly. It was overwhelming!! I am very grateful for her care and her kindness as well. Very patient and very knowledgeable. I'm just really happy with the overall experience at InSight Eye Optique.

I had a comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Meera Sutaria and was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. The communication with the doctor was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. For the first time ever during an eye appointment, I didn’t feel rushed. The doctor took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Ines at InSight Eye Optique is fantastic! I needed a new pair of glasses fast and showed up without an appointment. While attending to her scheduled patients, Ines quickly worked me in and was able to provide my new glasses SAME DAY! I appreciate her her ability to work through all that was going on positively and professionally!

Both Dr. Sutaria and Vanessa were fantastic for my son’s eye appointment today. He was a little nervous with the eye tests and machines and both were so kind and patient with his questions and put him at ease. Dr. Sutaria took the time to explain our options with contacts and address our questions. We never feel rushed or pressured and she armed us with pamphlets and information to make an informed decision. So grateful for Dr. Sutaria for our son’s myopia management and would highly recommend her and InSight Eye Optique.
