Insight Eye Optique (Cascades/Sterling)

I took my 6 year old for her first ever eye exam. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and then explained my vision benefits/cost overview (much appreciated) We were then taken back to a private room and my daughter did some exams. They were well explained and the staff was patient and kind. Afterwards, we met with the doctor and spoke some more about concerns, as well as some additional exams. The doctor was extremely sweet, kind, friendly, great with my daughter, and did a good job of speaking to both me and my daughter. It was a great first visit--friendly staff, clear game plan, attentive professionals, and hardly any wait time (I had a later afternoon appt) Overall was very pleased and will probably find myself coming back with my other kiddoes

Due to scheduling needs, we booked an early appointment and brought along our youngest grandchild—and we couldn’t have been more impressed with how welcoming and accommodating the entire team was. A special thank you to Dr. Patel, who was thorough, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visit. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional care shown not just to us, but also to our grandson. One of the staff members went out of her way to engage him, even offering toys and fruit snacks to keep him happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines clinical excellence with such genuine kindness and family-friendly service. We left not only confident in our care, but genuinely grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-quality eye care delivered with a personal touch.

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. I recently came in for a new eyeglasses prescription and treatment for dry eyes, and everything was handled smoothly. The doctor and the optician were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable. I had to remake my eye glasses and Laura made a whole process easy and pleasant. I really appreciate their excellent care and would definitely recommend them.
