Excellent optometry practice in Penn Hills! Dr. Pfeil is awesome--always compassionate, engaging, and ready to answer all your questions. The staff is amazing, as well. Thanks to Jess, Emily, and Dave for always being so helpful.
Just visited here for the first time. Wonderful experience! Staff supper friendly and professional. The doctor did the most thorough eye exam I have ever had , explained all the results thoroughly. Prices very reasonable with my insurance. I will never go anywhere else.
My wife and I both went there spending a lil over $500.00 for glasses. My wife’s lens fell out when we were grocery shopping. No physical accident, didn’t drop her glasses, she was reaching for a gallon of milk when the lens just fell out. I was standing right there when it happened. She took the in for repair and was told it wasn’t covered for a lens falling out! While the doctor is very good and we both enjoyed his professionalism, we will never go back. They lost our business over a $25.00 repair. I received a message today to contact them for an appointment but after their refusal to fix my wife’s glasses after only 3 months of having them, no thanks, we’re going elsewhere.
Have been going there my whole life and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Pfeil is friendly and explains everything clearly. Dave and Jess know the ins and outs of working with insurance and the labs and adjusting glasses. Their frame selection is varied and cycles through new styles frequently. I have a wonderful experience every time I go in.
The staff is very friendly! I have been going to them for around 20 years! They always help you find the best glasses. My glasses had broken 3 days before we were to take a trip. They helped me get a pair of frames in record time and we were still able to leave on time!
