I went in today for my very first eye exam, and my husband just had his second here — we both can’t say enough good things about this place! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The office is spotless and welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and professional, which really put me at ease. The doctor was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but Inspecs Ho‘opili does exactly that. We both had an exceptional experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The team is amazing! They were quick to get me scheduled for an appointment, the appointment didn’t take long, and my glasses arrived within a week. Everyone was very kind. Highly recommend!
