I’ve never had any problems with my eye doctor’s office. My experience may be different from others, but my daughters, my husband, and I have all gone there for years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming every visit. We truly appreciate the care they provide to our family.

If I wanted to build the very best eye care organization, I would keep a picture of the Institute for Total Eye Care on my desk. That would keep the standard of excellence in front of me at all times. I would have to do a great deal more than provide the exceptional ophthalmologic care Dr. Izer and his team have given me for years. I would have to have a staff lead by people like Heather who consistently "went the extra mile" to solve insurance problems that were very tough for me to understand and directly affected my vision in the future. Everybody I speak with at ITEC treats me first as human being, then as a valued patient. You can get a sense of what it is like to be under ITEC's care. Envision the very best practice possible. Then visit the Institute and be pleasantly and consistently treated and welcomed. To be completely clear, no member of ITEC has compensated me in any way for these words. For me, the reward is recognizing excellence when I see it.
I recently made an appointment with Dr. Ware at ITC. She and the entire staff were amazing. Minimal wait time, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I've worn glasses for the past 6 years and this eye glass prescription is hands down the best I've worn. My vision is much better. I've suffered with dry eyes for YEARS. She prescribed a medication that works beautifully. I'm very thankful a friend referred me to Dr. Ware.
The wait times are too long at this facility. The other issue is that some staff are very rude, especially the lady who handles appointments. She acts as though customers are bothering her by calling to make or reschedule an appointment. The care received is okay but far from exceptional.
I had an appointment for 2:15 with dr.wair & it’s 3:30 and im still waiting for her in this back room waiting to be seen. The unprofessionalism is insane. I think you should stop booking so many people for the same day if you know you won’t be able to actually see them until almost 2 hours later.
