I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent visit, primarily due to the behavior of the man working at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He carried himself with an air of superiority, frequently interrupting, speaking over me, and offering unsolicited opinions in a condescending tone. What was especially frustrating was his unwillingness to listen or provide clear, helpful information. Instead of addressing my questions directly, he seemed more interested in showcasing what he thought he knew—often with inaccurate or vague responses. It felt less like a customer service interaction and more like a performance meant to belittle rather than assist. Frankly, I was shocked that someone with such poor interpersonal and communication skills continues to represent the business. His behavior not only reflects poorly on him as an employee, but also damages the overall reputation of the establishment. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and incredibly dissatisfied. Based on this experience alone, I will not be returning, and I cannot in good faith recommend this place to others.
