I had a really great experience with this optometry practice and wanted to share it. I was honestly hesitant to invest in a nicer pair of glasses for my daughter since she’s a teenager, and I figured they might not last. Sure enough, they broke after about 20 months. On a whim, I called the office to see what could be done, and I was genuinely surprised by how easy they made it. They told me it was no problem at all and replaced the lenses for free since it was within their 24-month window. That kind of policy—and actually honoring it without any hassle—is rare. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They even mentioned that within that 24 months, they would replace glasses no questions asked—even in extreme situations like accidentally running them over with a car. That really shows how much they stand behind what they offer. On top of that, the doctors are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the new location is beautiful with easy parking, which makes visits stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and a practice I’d definitely recommend.

I was hesitant going to another optometrist after going to LensCrafters, which was a horrible experience. The staff at Lenscrafter were decent to deal with but they had other staff member. They just didn’t care about anybody and they made you feel stupid so I decided to take a chance and go to Carroll. I was recommended by two coworkers, and it was the best experience I ever had the gentleman Dustin to help me Pick my frames out and gave me his honest opinion was awesome to deal with. I can’t remember the young lady that worked behind the counter. But I did my eye exam They were really thorough But I was still quite hesitant after the ordeal with LensCrafters. I picked up my glasses on Saturday. And they fit perfectly. The lenses were perfect. Didn’t have any issues. I would suggest anyone read this that had issues with like LensCrafters Or any other bigger names go To Carroll eye care In Westminster, Maryland
I had a great experience and absolutely love my glasses! I will definitely be back!
The entire team is wonderful. From my experiences with them so far, I feel like they take their time with patients and do not rush people through the process. Dr. Luzuriaga is amazing. I was referred to her by another doctor in the field for vision complications. Really thankful for that referral. She takes her time, explains issues thoroughly, and cares about her patients.
This place used to be the best, They took you at your appointment time, everything just seemed to flow. But since the practice was sold, it has gone downhill. It seems they are more about money, getting people in and getting them out like cattle. My appoint was at 545, I arrived at 530, did the pre-test stuff. at 550, There was 6 people waiting for either an appointment or to finish up an appointment. Now this is for 1 doctor that was there. There should not be 6 people waiting with only 1 doctor there. This just shows you its about the money an not the care. At 630 I finally had to leave. 10 minutes after I left they call and said they are ready for me now. Of course I told them I was not coming back, and they said Oh I am sorry we were behind. That would have been nice to know when I got there, I would have rescheduled than. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the person who took me for the pre-test was very nice.
