Staff is very nice, respectful, & helpful. Easy to get in not often booked up appreciate website option instead of having to call. The normal doctor is okay but the one who doesn't come in as often DR Thomas Johnson was a reminder of what doctors are SUPPOSED to be. as somebody that goes to them a lot I appreciate it when they take the time to talk to you and explain stuff to you instead of rushing, and show an interest in continuing their own education not necessarily just in their field but in the medical field in general when they show there still interested in their job and keep up to date with or try their best to keep up to date with all of the new medical info that is constantly coming out its very much appreciated to know cuz some DRs just get their degree and stop trying to keep learning much which only hurts the patients they see. I have not seen a medical professional in a while that I immediately felt more comfortable with and respected by not making me feel dismissed and took the time to explain things to me didn't rush me out asap to get the next person in also how he didn't act like he knew more about my experience even as the person with the degree acknowledging that the patient is the expert of their own body and what is going on with it books can't explain the whole experience of many issues and it's refreshing for a doctor to be willing to hear what you have to say and listen because you are who they should be listening to not in the textbooks or biased opinion or old information since the patient will always be the best source of information to help and treat or diagnose their own issue which doctors forget that the patient is the most valuable tool in the room for helping like they make a oath to do but often violate not necessarily by directly doing harm though when you do nothing that is also doing harm so I will always appreciate a doctor that takes the time to listen and hear you and takes pride in doing their job properly leaving you better than when you left not upset and that you feel seen not just like your a number.

1st time at this clinic and everyone was beyond professional. Dr. Alletto took my concerns very seriously and tested til he found the problem, ordered imaging to get a diagnosis.

I have been going there for years. They are fast, thorough and the doctor is super cute. I dont think iv ever been there more than 30-45 minutes all together. The pretty lady that helped me pick out my frames narrowed down the options for me and the look always turns out great. The new glasses are always ready for pick up within 2 weeks and they remind you. Very friendly as well.

First time in today. Appointment was on time and throughout the examination everyone was very kind and helpful. I ordered a pair of glasses and the lady helped me with my insurance. I do recommend using and I’ll be using them myself.
