Getting to the lot was an adventure! GPS is super sus for the region. City/County did NO ONE any favors when configuring traffic access to this location from the highway... Once inside, though, the experience improves IMMENSELY! Good, helpful people inside...
I would give them no stars if I could they were no help at all they refused to sell me a pair of glasses even though I had the money to pay for them obviously they don't care if their customers see or if they kill a car full of people because they won't sell somebody a pair of glasses that they need to drive they laughed and said there's absolutely no same day appointment they said it would be impossible would not recommend
Everyone’ was very friendly and helpful. The optician assistant was thorough, explained everything she was doing. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the optometrist, Dr Garbs!! Friendly, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained treatment options and the difficulty with my vision. Just wonderful!!
Great staff, nice facility, and great selection. Average wait time, need to have an appointment which you can make online or over the phone.
I've always went here they have always done fine and were nice but this last time I went I checked in at 1:05. My appointment was at 1:10, and at 2:10 I end up canceling my appointment and leaving because they still didn't call me back for my appointment, I don't know what was going on that day, if they were short staffed but me and everyone in that waiting room were there for ages, it was extremely frustrating in general but I'm also pregnant and my feet were swelling and I was starting to feel sick from sitting upright for so long not moving, I don't think I'll be back, or at least till after I give birth because I don't think I can deal with that again
