They are wonderful here. I have an adult son with down syndrome and they are so patient and understanding of him, I couldn't ask for a better place for my son's vision. I am very pleased with everyone here. The ladies at the front are so sweet and always put clients first.
Very welcoming. The doctor is efficient, and the desk even helped me decide which frames to get! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you can get easily nerve-wracked and stressed out like I can. The environment is pretty darn comfy- not in an excess of specialized decor, but in a staff that cares about you.
The front desk ladies are extremely nice and very helpful. My Ray-Ban sunglasses had a screw fall out and they were able to replace it. They didn't even charge me for it, I would give them 10 Stars if I could. Thank you!
I have been a patient here for over 10 years for a reason! Awesome people and extremely helpful, and the service is top notch. You're not a number to this establishment. All of that and they remain competitive price wise with larger operations.
Dr. Thompson is amazing and works with me on getting the right contacts prescription as my eyes get to that tricky age. Also, the staff are so helpful and do their very best to fix broken frames and other issue that arise with my daughters. I will be a lifelong customer!
