The doctors here are fantastic, and the facility is clean and welcoming. The receptionists are seriously unprofessional. I waited well past my appointment time while they just chatted, and ordering contacts was insanely difficult. They struggled to spell basic words in my address, and could not help me understand my insurance benefits. I do want to keep being seen here, but they have some serious work to do on the receptionists' professionalism

I was seen at the appointed time. My concerns were addressed and received trial contacts with the assurance if these don’t work, Dr. Brown would work to trial more - as many as needed to get a comfortable pair. Kudos & Thank You for the great experience!

From the start it was just perfect. I did a lot of research of my area for a good optometrist for my family. Huseman Eyecare had very positive reviews. So I booked appointments online, I got a call the next business day to confirm our four appointments and they sent over a digital new patient form and that was easy to complete. On appointment day we walked in and the ladies upfront were very friendly and helpful. They got us checked in and in front of the doctor with 10 minutes. This office operates smoothly and they were very helpful and insightful. 5 stars isn’t enough for them! I highly recommend!

I had my eyes checked about five months ago, but my vision has been a little funny. Was able to make an appointment promptly and they called before the appointment to check in with me. For seeing me once a year, Dr. Brown is always remembers me and is super personable. I was shocked, they didn’t charge me for this visit because it was a prescription recheck. So kind of them!
