I would highly recommend Invision Family Eye Clinic. A special thank you to the wonderful staff members Felestine, Kelsie, and Mary for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. A big thank you as well to Dr. David for providing outstanding assessment and taking the time to address all of my concerns about my daughter vision. The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Today was my first visit at Invision, and I’m so glad I scheduled an appointment here! The office was exceptionally clean and the technology and equipment utilize great. My appointment started on time and the staff were welcoming, patient, and professional. In addition, they took the time to answer all of my questions. Ms. Mary and Dr. David were both amazing—I truly enjoyed my entire experience. I highly recommend scheduling your appointment!

Very disappointing experience. I came in because I was having real vision issues and was told I “just needed readers,” which I knew did not explain what I was experiencing. I left feeling dismissed and without any real answers. The most upsetting part is that after seeing a second eye doctor, I found out the first doctor at Invision had apparently made a diagnosis in my records but never told me. I was never informed, never educated on what it meant, and never given the opportunity to address it. That is not just poor communication — that is a serious breakdown in patient care. If a patient comes to you because something feels wrong, they deserve to be listened to and they absolutely deserve to be told what is documented in their own medical record. Had I not trusted my instincts and sought a second opinion, I would still be walking around without answers. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Dr. Flores is not only an excellent technician, he is also very personable. Additionally, the entire team from desk to sales provided excellent care. Highly recommend!
