I just tried to conduct business and the person who answered the phone was focused on what they CAN'T do, rather than how they can help an Optical World customer. Very rude!!! Hung up the phone on me instead of trying to help!! I would NEVER recommend anyone patronize this business...waste of time and they are very rude. Spoke to a woman named Lori...VERY RUDE, not helpful at all!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
