Absolutely love this place, the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. They took their time helping me out to decide the best glasses to pick. Alppa specifically took her time to make sure I got the glasses that best suits my face. Such a welcoming environment and grate place to come. Will highly recommend coming here, it was my first time and I will certainly be coming back in the future.

I had left for couple of years when to a different place for my eye exam. The experience wasn’t good so I returned back to Palace optical in Irvington. They gave me the best service and experience that I had we them years ago. I will refer anyone there because their service is excellent. You will not regret it. Thank you for everything and please continue doing the good work.
This is my 3rd visit to this place and based on my wait time yesterday, I’m never going back. I waited 3 hrs to see the DR. When I signed in, a few people were there. After waiting an hr, I asked management how much longer. She said 7 people were before me. She said the customers signed in and left to do other errands. Which isn’t fair. I shouldn’t wait for you to come back from doing your business before I can be seen by the DR. They should have a different system of accountability to the customers. When I go to other offices, we are called based on arrival, if you’re not there, then call the next person. They have great customer service, but this area of keeping track of who is there, needs work.
