During preparation for my mom's 1st surgery, there was a nurse that clearly needs more training in getting an IV started. She attempted several times with one of the smallest veins she could find (there were larger visible veins), she proceeded to wiggle the needle and finally found it. My daughter asked her grandmother if it was hurting and she said no. Fast forward to today and this nurse is still having a problem however, this time my mom is wincing in obvious pain so her granddaughter asked for it to be removed and another nurse to start the IV. Ms. Carol was able to start the IV on the 1st try with ease and no pain to mom. I suggest that Dr. Kinslow find better trained/prepared nurses and that the two nurse that obviously need more training, find an orange or something to "practice" on and not these elderly patients, especially MY MOM! On another note, Dr. Kinslow was amazing and so far my mom is pleased with the outcome of the 1st surgery

*** DR KINSLOW IS TRUE TO HER WORD. She - I WOULD RECOMMEND. If you go to any Kinslow clinic, make sure you see HER *** I would NOT recommend Dr. Walters. Dr George R. Walters is not the most pleasant … down right insulting. Apparently if you’re older, he doesn’t seem to want to take time with you…. Then again, my visit too was not a pleasant one with Dr. Walter’s. I began to ask questions/options and he told me to find another doctor…. I wanted to know about mother’s care plan so that I could explain to her (97 year old mother.) He actually got upset about asking, “…if glasses were an option… if cataract removal would improve vision… ointment for dry eyes…” He literally went off… Ask if mother was hard of hearing; as if … why are you questioning me… you need a second option… go find you someone else. God was with me!🙏🏾 Will we be returning to his office to see the short-tempered Dr. George Walters…. ??? NO and don’t recommend anyone else going there. P.S.: Dr Kinslow Representative reached out and I explained why we would NOT be returning… She (Dr. Kinslow) offered to personally give us exams but after that experience…NO WAY! Her outreach showed a little more professionalism, still… Dr. WALTERS seems to be the MAJOR PROBLEM with the Kinslow Magnolia eye clinic. His attitude makes the office look bad… even though the front desk and two technicians we encountered were very processional. *** UPDATE *** 2/24/2023 After speaking with Dr Kinslow, they mentioned we would NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIFIC VISIT… Well, today I received notice they lied, again … they submitted and got paid… which means not only Dr Walters but the HEAD (Dr Kinslow too) supported his actions; and you can’t trust the words that comes out of their mouths. MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

The male doctor made my mom feel like she was faking every thing wrong with her. That she's just imaging not being able to see!!! And the first thing he spouts out is she needs depression medicine!! I'm not happy with how he handled her, we had to ask for her eyes to be dilated and some images to be taken!! Not happy with him at all.

I went in today to purchase a frame that would fit my lens. The women there were helpful. One lady who was tall, slender and beautiful (Sorry I didnt your name.) Gave me a blessing today by donating me a new frame and putting on my old lens so now I have new glasses. Thank you so much for your kindness and gift. It meant alot to me.
