Tire center.. Ordered tires online and scheduled a time for installation. My tires showed they had shipped. On the day for my pick up and tire installation my tires were showing a delay in shipping. My appointment was for 9am. I got a text at 7am saying my installation appointment was canceled because tires were showing a delayed shipping. Well at 7:26am on the same day of my appointment my tires were magically ready for pick up. So i lost my installation appointment and would have to reschedule for next day. I decided to pick my tires up and go somewhere else to get them put on. So now i have to wait on my refund from the installation. Just buy tires and get them put on somewhere else.

Surprisingly disappointed today! I love the Alabaster location and they usually always have what I’m looking for and it’s always clean and nice with friendly people, but today on July 2, I was looking for a patriotic shirt for July 4, which should be the front rack of every display this close to the 250th birthday of our country! All I could find was some men’s tank tops that were in a back corner and even the front shirt had been turned over so you couldn’t even tell it was a patriotic shirt… That’s very disappointing for a very American company.

**Review for the Automobile Services Department** I recently experienced an unsatisfactory service at Walmart, where I had a flat tire near exit 238 on I-65N. Unfortunately, the store did not have my tire in stock, necessitating me to locate one locally and bring it to the store for repair. While the service itself was satisfactory, the tire technician who replaced my tire engaged in inappropriate behavior. He made derogatory remarks about my vehicle, unaware that I was present in the waiting area. My vehicle is fully electric, and the technician’s lack of knowledge about electric vehicles led to these remarks. He was unable to operate the vehicle, including turning it on and reversing it. Additionally, I requested a correction on the tire rotation, which was executed incorrectly. My tires are staggered, requiring the 235/45 tires in the front and 255/40 tires in the rear. The rotation was not performed as intended. Despite these issues, I was able to make my way home and will have the tire rotation corrected at my residence. Regardless I was able to hobble on home and will get it corrected near my place of residence.

Sam Walton's dreams shattered! It is no longer Sam Walton's concept of a 'peoples' store. No longer keeping prices down to help and serve the masses, it is now 'keep raising the prices to help the stockholders'! Every week i go go the store to find that prices have jumped up considerably. About the only staple that is still affordable is the milk, even bread is sky-high. (when I was employed, in the lone of my duties, I visited several countries. In the Middle-East, specially Saudi Arabia, I found their bread was kept at a price affordable for even the poorest citizen, for everyone has to eat, but no such sentiment in our country). Essential items are not available for purchase in store but readily available for online purchase and shipment 'within three+ days with shipping charges! Amazon has the same items, often cheaper, shipped overnight or two days at best! A place I depended upon for my everyday needs is turning into a bother to shop at. Shop online and get delivered is a nightmare; often wrong items substituted and broken or leaking packages. I had three bags of Basmati rice (in plastic bags!), delivered and two were broken with grains of rice trailing from the street where the delivery person had parked their vehicle to my front door. Did the delivery person care or leave a note of apology...no, not on your life! After that no more delivery for me. I am a man in early 80's and get tired of walking in the store, the few electrical shopping carts are being used and invariably one or two of the few carts the stores have are out of order! Don't they have maintenance persons to kerp them in repairs? The management can at least place benches around the store for the elderly who are brave enough to tackle the vast expanses of the store but tire and need to rest. Now, the only benches one can find are at the pharmacy and the auto center. There used to be a couple of benches at the photo center but since its closure, the benches have disappeared too! I'm sure they can find places to install benches somewhere convenient.. Or will the stockholders object to the wasteful expense of convenience for the shoppers?! Adieu Walmart, sorry Sam.

Decent Wal Mart. Parking lot large and easy to manage. Usually stocked well and organized. Self checkouts at both sides. 8 cashiers today.
