I love the staff working there with Dr Fleming. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the family. It took me forever to find a place especially coming from Santa Monica but they are worth the drive.
I feel like the most important person in the world walking into their office.... the staff, the Dr. always, and I mean always have a smile to greet me and make me feel very comfortable with what ever procedures I may have. Dr. Fleming is a very casual and soft spoken gentleman always taking time to explain everything and offer more options than I can count. I feel lucky to have such a personable Dr. to make me feel like I can walk out and get what I expect out of an optometrist.
Dr. Fleming is wonderful, he makes you feel like you are part of his own family. He is caring and encourages you to let him know your every optical need. I was referred to his office in 2023 by a co-worker after having a less than satisfactory experience with my former doctor, regarding cataract surgery. Dr. Fleming made me feel confident and relaxed about undergoing the surgery which was a new experience for me. The staff is great, they are pleasant and professional and also make you feel like you are one of the family.
