The facility was nice and clean. The nursing staff was friendly and welcoming, but the Gold star goes to Dr. Rita Gordon. She is an amazing Dr. She made me feel seen and heard instead of being dismissive like my previous Dr. No concern was to big or to small for her to address it and put my mind at ease.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this business. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and abruptly hung up on me during our call. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I expected better customer service, and I hope the business takes steps to address this issue and improve how they communicate with their customer. Seen by Kim Cooper in Adult Medicine Additionally, I visited the business on 5/22 for a medication appointment. I received no follow-up, which I initially attributed to the holiday. When I reached out, I was told that they do not provide follow-up calls after appointments and that I would need to return and pay again for post-visit results. No message, summary, or any form of communication was sent to me. I find this policy and lack of follow-up to be distasteful and unprofessional. Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I strongly urge the business to review its customer service policies and communication practices to prevent similar situations for future customers.

Today I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with NP RITA GORDON!! Shes the BEST!! Took time to listen to me..from mental health to my overall health; she gave me pointers.. plus spiritual guidance! Thanks JHCHC

I've only been here twice. I was referred by a couple people. I was impressed with the services I received. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was seen by the Nurse Practioner Ms. Cooper. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommend their services.

I am writing to file a complaint about my experience at the Westside Health Center on W Northside Drive in Jackson. I paid $30 for STD testing and was told to return at 8:00 a.m. A couple days later for my results. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and have now been waiting for over 50 minutes without being called back, even though other patients who arrived after me were called first. When I asked the front desk if I had to pay another $30 just to see my results, I was told yes, but the staff member did not clearly explain what the additional payment was for and did not take the time to answer my question. I felt ignored and not taken seriously when I asked for help. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially because I followed the instructions given to me and arrived early. Patients should not be asked to pay additional fees without a clear explanation, and they should not be left waiting without communication. I would like an explanation of the additional fee and why I was not called when I arrived on time for my scheduled results. or why there are people laughing in the back having a great time im just waiting on RESULTS a quick conversation.
