I am a longtime patient of Dr Haberman. He has a very caring way that puts me at easy. His staff is always friendly & professional. I feel fortunate to have a doctor who has my best interests at heart.
My appointment with my eye doctor today was excellent, as always. Dr. Haberman has been my eye doctor for nearly two decades. His respectful, charismatic, and highly professional manner makes the appointment a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The doctor answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Haberman.
The staff is incredibly kind and professional, but the doctor has the worst bedside manner we’ve ever experienced. Asked us for information regarding our last eye doctor’s visit. Took out the phone to verify the details with him then he proceeded to yell at us to “PUT THE PHONE AWAY, GET RID OF THAT!” We asked him to please not speak with us like this to which he responded by cancelling the visit. Aside from the horrible bedside manner, the facility looks unkept and falling apart.
This clinic is by far the worst place i’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff here is unbelievably rude, treating not just regular patients but even struggling elderly people like dirt. They scream and yell at almost everyone for their payments. They dont know how to explain charges in a decent manner and so they decide to be downright vile. They definitely dont deserve a place in customer service. Its like they wake up everyday and choose to be miserable. No matter the hour, they’re always ready go shout at you. Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Oh and the dr is no less. When his beloved ladies make a mistake, he covers up for them. I’d give them a zero rating but since i must leave one, it is only 1/5. Do not go here. Please.
Great experience with Dr. Haberman and his team. The front desk staff is friendly and works quickly to get you inside. Dr. Haberman has excellent bedside manner (which is rare these days). At no point did I feel rushed, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and carefully. I would highly recommend this office if you’re looking for competent and patient-friendly eye care.
