I had my eye exam yesterday, and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Sally was kind, professional, and very thorough during my vision exam. She took the time to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated. I also want to give a special shoutout to Alice. She was absolutely amazing! She was genuine, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me choose the perfect glasses without trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and she found options that fit both my needs and my budget. Her honesty and kindness meant so much to me. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. It’s refreshing to find a team that truly cares about their patients. I left feeling confident, well taken care of, and excited about my new glasses. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service. Thank you all for such a great experience!

Love this office and Dr. Hamissou. I have seen her forever and she now sees 2 of my kids. She is kind, attentive, smart and personable. She is WONDERFUL with kids and a great clinician.

I had such a great experience at Jansen Optical! From the moment I walked in, Alicia, Ryleigh, and Chassidy made me feel so welcomed. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the check in process smooth and easy. They also took the time to help me pick out frames, offering thoughtful suggestions and making the whole experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Their kindness and positive energy really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jansen Optical to anyone looking for excellent service!

Chasidy and her team were above amazing! They made sure we understood everything. The visit with the doctor was awesome. They were all very welcoming. Will definitely go back in a year 😁

My experience at Jansen Optical was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The exam with Dr Jagnandan was a very good experience. She was very informative and was very patient while we flipped through the many lenses to establish my new eye prescription.
